Terms And Conditions Governing The Competition

 

  1. The competition is open from 00:01 on Wednesday 12th June 2013 to 23:59 on Friday 12th July 2013.   
  2. The prize package is as follows: 2 weeks free parking in the Express Red Car Park at Cork Airport; €100 shopping voucher for the Loop; Entrance to the Jack Lynch Lounge including champagne on Arrival for 2 people or a meal voucher for any HMS Host Outlet to the value of €50.
  3. Travel is not included.  
  4. No cash alternatives shall apply. 
  5. Promotion is open to entrants aged 18 years or over (proof of entrant’s age may be required). DAA or HMS Host employees and those of any of its associated companies, employees of any agencies associated with this promotion and the owners and employees of participating outlets/premises are not eligible to enter.
  6. Entry into the promotion shall be deemed to be full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of the promotion.  Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the competition and forfeiture of the prize. All participation instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
  7. Only one entry per subscriber shall be accepted.  
  8. One winner will be selected at random on 17th July 2013. The prize winner shall be notified by telephone, email and post, within 7 working days.  
  9. Prize is valid for redemption from 17th July 2013 to 31st December 2013.
  10. An official prize giving presentation shall be arranged for Cork Airport.  
  11. The name of the winner shall be posted on the Cork Airport website.

Unless you have given your consent for additional uses of your information, DAA will only make use of and process the personal data you have provided to DAA to the extent and for the time necessary to run this Promotion and as set out above in the above terms and conditions.
